LOCAL BERMUDA DELIVERIES
Delivery within Bermuda is $10. We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days. Please contact us directly on info@factorbermuda.com if your order is urgent.
CLIMATE NEUTRAL SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We are a proud partner of the DHL GoGreen initiative to provide climate neutral shipping worldwide. As such, for every GoGreen shipment, Factor Bermuda purchases carbon credits to offset emissions which are donated to various climate protection projects worldwide. Shipping for USA, Canada, UK and most European countries is charged at a flat rate of $30 and $40 for all other countries (excluding gift cards). Your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
Our shipping rate includes the handling and courier service of your parcel from Bermuda to any international destination. Please be aware, it does not include any customs, duties, taxes or other fees for which you may be liable on your parcel upon entry to your country. Please contact your local authorities to clarify the specifics for your particular country regarding parcels arriving from Bermuda.
We aim to send your order from Bermuda within 3 working days from the date of order placement. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so that you can monitor your delivery. Most international orders are received within 5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us on info@factorbermuda.com so that we can assist you in locating your parcel.
